Cuba itinerary 1 A Taste of CubaYou'll see: Havana - tobacco town Viñales - Ché Guevara monument - pastel-coloured Trinidad
Cuba is a surprising holiday destination... even for the most seasoned travellers. You would probably expect to see lots of cigars and classic vintage car cars in Cuba, but hardly anyone expects to see the sweeping view of spectacular karst mountains in Cuba's in the tobacco province, Piñar del Rio, for instance. Cuba obviously has much more to offer than cars and cigars. Spend a day enjoying the intense colours of Cuba's heritage town Trinidad set against a backdrop of blue skies and green mountains or listen to the marching band music playing near the colossal statue of Cuba's national hero, Che Guevara.
For an island, Cuba is much larger than you would expect it to be. If you want to get a good impression of Cuba's countryside during your Cuba trip, combine a trip to Havana with visits to the tobacco province Piñar and the colonial towns of Clara and Trinidad during one of our Cuban holidays. Of course, our Cuban holidays can also be extended with a few days on the beach. Click here for more information about our Best of Cuba holiday. |
