Our Cuba travel modules are short Cuba Trips lasting between 2 and 5 days. By stringing these modules together you can build a Cuba holiday at your own pace.

Get started by choosing one of our Cuba travel packages, known as a starter pack. Then simply add your favourite Cuba Trips, choosing the ones that appeal to you the most. The most comfortable way to travel from the location of one module to the next is by rental car. If you prefer not to drive during your holiday, you can also travel by public bus from one destination to the next for some of our self drive tours - arranging tickets on location is quick and easy. Since many travellers choose to travel from west to east Cuba, the outline of our Cuba Trips is set up in this direction.

Most of the modules you'll find below are also included in our suggested Cuban holidays. These itineraries are a combination of our Cuba Trips that fit together well and they include the price of car hire. Prices below are based on two people travelling and exclude international flights. Prices for departures beyond this date and for international flights are available on request. For departures during peak seasons (e.g. summer holidays, Christmas and New Year) supplements may apply.

A long flight, time difference and a change in climate can really wreak havoc on your body when you first arrive in Cuba. Even the most seasoned traveller would probably like a hot shower and comfortable bed as soon as they get off the plane. For this reason, we recommend starting your Cuba holiday with one of our Cuba starter packs, getting you in the Cuban spirit before heading out on one of our Cuba Trips.

Once you've collected your luggage you'll find one of our representatives waiting to take you to the hotel we've arranged for you. Depending on where you fly into, you can choose from our starter packs in Havana, Varadero or Holguin where you'll spend a night or two in a comfortable city hotel. Short Cuba Trips Rolling through tobacco hills

Cuba's most popular export product comes from a region slightly west of Havana - the Cuban cigar. The vast fields of tobacco are surrounded by Karst mountains that shoot up into the heavens of the unspoiled Cuban countryside. Right in the heart of this tobacco province, you'll find the provincial town of Vinales - the starting point for Cuba Trips in the area.You can choose from exploring the surrounding area on foot or by a very Cuban method of transport: a horse. Even if you've never been horseback riding before, you'll certainly enjoy it here. A guide will accompany you on a trek through tobacco and banana fields, past farms and barns. Although Cuba has a reputation for being a beach destination, approximately 95% of all Cuban beaches do not have any type of local accommodation. Because of this, travellers more or less cling to popular beach towns such as Varadero and Guardalavaca. While most resorts in these areas are filled to capacity, the west coast is extremely tranquil and unspoiled. Cayo Levisa is the only island on Cuba's west coast that has accommodation available and its sandy beaches are just as white and soft as the beaches at Varadero. On this Cuba trip, you'll spend the night at the island's only hotel in one of several modest stone bungalows lined along the edge of the beach. Las Terrazas is a sleepy eco-tourism community in an idyllic and green area between Pinar del Rio and Havana. A cool, crisp river runs down through hills, over rocks and into the area's trout lake. Short Cuba Trips Ranchos of Camaguey

Deep in the heart of Cuba lies the historic city of Camaguey. It's surrounded by beautiful nature and cattle farms and is a place of wonder and charm. Just off the northwestern coast of the island, you'll find one of the world's largest coral reefs. Its pristine condition makes it some of the richest coral in the Caribbean. This part of Cuba has long stretches of white sandy beaches where you can relax and enjoy the view in between diving and snorkelling runs. There are plenty of deserted paradise beaches and abandoned keys off the coast that will give you that castaway Cuban feeling.

Guardelavaca is a famed beach town in northeastern Cuba with beautiful beaches lined with resorts. After a bit of searching we were very lucky to find a few spectacular, immaculately kept, less touristy and more tranquil beaches just a short ride down the road. Playa Pesquero, where you'll stay on this Cuba self drive tour, is an idyllic beach with white powdery sand and warm shallow turquoise water; it almost looks like the set of a Hollywood shipwreck movie.
